This listing is for the inside wheat berry pack without the removable and washable cover ONLY. I recommend using some sort of fabric between your skin and the pack as they can be very hot after microwaving.

My Wheat berry packs measure 20" long by 8" wide. They are made with 100% cotton muslin and filled with Montana grown certified chemical free wheat. I sew the packs into 4 chambers for even heat/cold distribution.

To use as a heat pack:
Microwave for 3 minutes on high. (Microwaves can vary, so you may need to start with 2 minutes if you have a new or high wattage microwave.) The heat can last up to an hour.

To use as a cold pack: Place pack in a zippered plastic bag and place in freezer for several hours. Pack can be stored in the freezer as well. When used as a cold pack, the wheat stays completely free flowing and pliable.
